The packages below are comprised mainly by business size, number of employees, number of business bank accounts/loans, and number of transactions. Essentials Package

Price Range: $350-480

This bookkeeping package is best for Sole Proprietors and for small businesses with 1-4 employees/contractors.

- 1-5 Bank Accounts/Loans

- Monthly account reconciliations

- Full Financial Statements sent every month

- Weekly transaction processing

- Categorize income and expenses for client

- Receipt matching to expenses

- Unlimited email, phone, and text support

(1) Financial Review Call Every Two Months (30 Minute Sessions)

Growth Package

Price Range: $550-680

Best suited for medium sized businesses/firms with 5-10 employees/contractors.

Package Includes:

Price Range: $750-880

Package is best suited for large scale businesses with 10+ employees and high volume bank transactions.

Package Includes:

- 10+ Bank Accounts/Loans

- Monthly account reconciliations

- Full Financial Statements sent every month

- Weekly transaction processing

- Categorize income and expenses for client

- Receipt matching to expenses

- Unlimited email, phone, and text support

- AR/AP Management

- Financial Consulting

(1) Monthly Financial Review Call (1 hour sessions)

QBO Cleanup

Price Range: Bookkeeping Package Priced x Number of Months That Need Cleanup

For Example: $550 x 12 Months = $6,600 Total for Books Cleanup

*Please Note: Clients can sign up and choose which bookkeeping package along with any add ons and book their onboarding call themselves but please contact us about wanting a cleanup. This amount is manually calculated and quote will be sent out to client to sign followed by the invoice for payment. 50% Deposit is due upfront for any cleanup service, with the remaining balance due near the end of project completion.
